I thought it would be fun to switch things up a bit and share a few photos that my Dad took before dinner last night. We had my Grandmother over for dinner and my Dad grilled chicken and steak for tacos with guacamole. When the weather is this perfect, al fresco dining in the backyard becomes a fairly typical evening for my family.
I love Barney’s furrowed brow – this expression usually occurs when food is around because he is positive he is going to get a bite of whatever is being made at the time. He remains keen and alert until finally he gives up and lays back down with a loud, defeated sigh.
My Mom’s little touches here and there (we both love ladybugs and angels), making the overall feel of the backyard even more special.
