As a little girl, I grew up watching baseball with my Dad, which I loved because it was something special we did together. Since I really didn’t have anyone else around me at the time that cared much about football, it was never a focus of mine…
It wasn’t until a few years ago that my friends and I were on a girl’s trip, and the Seahawks were playing that I finally had the game explained to me in depth. From there I began to finally understand the culture of football. The emotion and loyalty behind this sport is a strong force, and even though I live in New York and am surrounded by Giants and Jets fans, it’s a great feeling to be able to support my team and hometown from all the way across the country.

Whenever I am home during football season, I love watching the games either at my friend’s apartment or if we score tickets, going to the game is even better. I have been slowly growing my collection of Seahawks gear, which now includes shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and now this awesome Levi’s denim jacket, which is in collaboration with the NFL. I am going home to Seattle in October and can’t wait to wear it around town, and plan on styling it with this cozy flannel!
