Growing up in Seattle, we practically lived in fleece wear – whether it was a pullover, a jacket or a sweatshirt, a PNW girl’s best friend was fleece. So when Cuddl Duds approached me about their cozy pieces it was a match made in heaven. Truly, I can’t get over how soft their wrap is, not to mention the leggings. Come winter, I’m not going to want to wear anything else! Although basic fleece pieces can sometimes be perceived as only appropriate to wear casually or at home, I wanted to show that you can wear them out and about, looking stylish and super cute. Outfit #1: Since I don’t own an espresso machine, I love heading out to get my morning coffee in the neighborhood, but as the weather begins to change, the early hours of the day are especially chilly. This outfit is the perfect go-to for running out to grab a latte or even staying to meet a friend for breakfast. I might be wearing almost head to toe fleece, which again, can be perceived as casual, but it looks chic and pulled together because of the quality, well-cut structure of the pants and wrap. Plus you can’t go wrong with black, white and gray!

Outfit #2: This look is perfect for those rainy, drizzly days that you just want to be cozy but still look cute. You can’t go wrong with these adorable fair aisle leggings – and the colors and pattern work perfectly with this classic denim button down shirt from QVC and black fleece wrap by Cuddl Duds. I can see wearing this outfit for a walk through Central Park but also bringing it home with me to Seattle for a winter walk on the beach.

Outfit #3: Nothing is better than sitting outside on a Saturday morning, reading the paper, sipping a hot cup of tea and watching the neighborhood go by. Instead of fleece leggings, I like to get uber comfy and slip on these looser legged fleece pants with an oversized chunky knit turtleneck sweater to stay warm and toasty.
