Today is my Dad’s Birthday! I am someone who absolutely loves Birthdays and I hate that I am not in Seattle right now to celebrate with him and my Mom. So instead, I decided to put up a few of my favorite photos of him, which will probably make him cringe a bit, but hey, in my mind, a Birthday is all about focusing on and celebrating (and sometimes embarrassing) the person on their special day! :) So, here’s to the best Dad in the world.

I also wanted to put up a couple photos of my parents on their wedding day because this coming Saturday is their 39th anniversary! They were married at The Mission Inn in California, and my Dad sang to my Mom on their special day. What a romantic. :)
Dad, thank you for being such an amazing father. I can’t begin to tell you how much I admire your qualities and strengths. I strive to be more like you – with your patience, forgiveness, kindess and tolerance. Your support and strength is incredible and I thank my lucky stars everyday that you are my Dad. Happy Birthday!
Mom and Dad, I feel like one of the luckiest girls around, that you are my parents. I don’t know what I would do without you and am so appreciative and lucky of the example you have set for what a healthy and loving marriage and relationship is.
