Hey guys, happy Monday! Sorry for the light posting last week. :/ Between fashion week and it being bitterly cold out, I fell behind with documenting my outfits, so sorry about that! Anyway, things are back to normal now and I think it’s supposed to be a tad warmer this week (a very balmy 40 degrees on Wednesday) which is good news in terms of taking photos outside. :)
I love doing surprise pattern layering, like in this case where I wore a wintery floral print blazer under this bold, large scale plaid jacket and you would never know unless I removed my coat. It’s almost like two different outfits in one!

Sunglasses: Karen Walker / Snood: UGG / Jacket: Zara (mine is old, but I like this one, which is available at Zara right now) / Blazer: Rag & Bone (no longer available but was a very generous “hand-me-down” from Alicia :)) / Shirt: French Connection (similar style from J.Crew) / Pants: J Brand / Belt: J.Crew (mine is blue and an older version, but here is a pretty dark red version) Boots: Rag & Bone (I can’t seem to find this style online anymore, but here is a similar style) / Bag: 3.1 Phillip Lim Pashli
P.S. I wore this outfit to see the Nanette Lepore show last week, which in my opinion was awesome and had a great 60s vibe going on – I especially loved this look as well as this one.
