I can’t wait to wear this lace top with my new rust colored leather skirt I picked up at H&M. Thanks to Kim I was able to snag it before they ran out! Can you believe that October is just around the corner? I love fall and everything that comes with it.
These photos were taken last week by Kim, on our way to the top of the Cooper Square Hotel with Helena for an amazing event celebrating the soon-to-be-open The Hotel Modern New Orleans.We met up with Keiko, Lauren and Lindsey and sipped wine outside on a gorgeous terrace overlooking a stunning view of the city.
The event itself was focused on sharing a taste of the hotel, which was hosted by Klaus Ortlieb. We sampled yummy French-Vietnamese fare from chef Dominique Macquet and cocktails from the New Orleans creators of Cure, (rated as one of Esquire’s 2011 Best Bars in America!). Basically, we felt like we were on top of the world, or at least on top of the island, as the view was incredible. The whole night was fantastic, but for me, the cherry on the sundae, was when “A” showed up looking all dapper and handsome complete with his beard and black button-down. Needless to say, I was all smiles. xoxo
