Whenever my friends plan a trip to NYC, the first thing many ask me for is a Times Square hotel recommendation. While I usually avoid the tourist spots in the city, I was recently introduced to Row NYC. Located on 8th Avenue at 44th Street, Row NYC is located just around the corner from tons of wonderful theaters and bustling restaurants, and a 3-night stay at the hotel completely changed the snarky opinion I held about Times Square. Here’s why it’s a great place to stay.

Can you believe it’s already June 2nd? That means, it will officially be summer in 20 days, and my Birthday in 23 days, eek! But even though sunny days are on the horizon, the next couple of weeks can be fairly up and down in temperature, especially in the evenings when the air cools down…Read more

Just a quick hello from California! We are off to Disneyland today (YAY!) but I wanted to share a couple snaps my Dad took yesterday. I will share more photos in a roundup post once I’m back from this trip, but for now here is what I wore during our visit to Palos Verdes.

Travel to Europe with Celebrity Cruises!
I have had a love affair with Europe ever since I traveled to France and Italy with my parents right after high school graduation. We celebrated a slew of big moments including my 18th Birthday, my parents turning 50 and their 25th wedding anniversary! It was quite a trip and I loved every second of it…

My Dad and I had to run some errands yesterday but we ended up driving through Queen Anne and came across these gorgeous cherry tree blossoms…
VIDEO: Travel Edition, Get Ready With Me (On A Cruise)!
Hi everyone! Lately, I haven’t been embedding my YouTube videos on the blog, but because I am doing major catch up right now, I wanted to at least share this Get Ready With Me video with you guys in case you wanted to see how I did my makeup on the cruise press trip!
BUT, first off, I want to write a huge DISCLAIMER about something…I had NO idea that the background music would be SO loud! Because I had some issues with the format of this video, it definitely didn’t sound like that when I was editing it, so I apologize if you can’t hear me over the music or if it’s just plain distracting. That was definitely not my intention.
Luckily, it’s a visual breakdown of me getting ready and fairly self-explanatory, so if you would prefer, just turn the sound off! :) You can check out all the products I used, which are linked below and follow along that way if you’d like.
Anyway, thanks for your patience with these silly glitches, but hey you live and you learn right?! :)
Ok, so now onto what this video is actually about! I was lucky enough to go on a press trip with Celebrity Cruises for a week long excursion to the Caribbean.
It was so much fun and I am actually in the midst of editing my travel vlog, which documents the whole trip, so stayed tuned for that to come soon.
The night I created this video, we head up to the very top deck to The Lawn Club Grille for dinner where we proceeded to participate in a pizza making competition! I actually ended up winning with my pepperoni, caramelized onions and mushroom combination! It was SO fun.
Anyway, I guess I just wanted to share how I wore my makeup during the cruise as well as what I wore to that dinner. :) Hope you enjoy, don’t forget to give this video a thumbs up if you liked it, and leave any questions you might have, below! Hugs and happy Friday! xo
