In all honesty, this outfit was inspired by the lovely Naomi and something she recently wore on her Instagram. I found it interesting and refreshing how she combined army green, lavender and stripes, so I gave it a whirl.
I’ve been a huge fan of her blog, The Rockstar Diaries, for a while now, which documents her life and her adorable family, and I admire how she always wears stripes, bright colors, bold lipstick and hats. What a gorgeous girl she is, and those babies? Don’t get me started. Love. If you haven’t checked out her blog, do so now – it’s a gem. xo

Last days in london town

These photos were taken a couple days before I left London where I was visiting my best friend. Early in the day, I lucked out by finding this scarf and boots (I own them in black too!) at the Zara near their flat and have a strong feeling that they will be making frequent appearances on the blog.
I’m back in New York now and beginning to sort through all the photos I took while in Paris, Munich and Vienna, which is slightly overwhelming, but will be sure to share them here soon! In the meantime you can check out my instagram to see some previous photos from the trip.

Wish Listing with De Beers

A couple weeks ago I spent an incredibly fun and girly afternoon at the De Beers on 5th ave, to take part in their holiday wish list campaign. I got to try on whatever glittery diamond that caught my eye, while drinking champagne and eating macaroons. Like I said, completely fun and girly, because let’s be honest, dreaming up wish lists and playing “dress up” with diamonds is pretty amazing. Although I’m currently in Paris and will post plenty of photos from my excursion soon, I wanted to share this fun new jacket I recently picked up at Zara, along with these amazing shoes, courtesy of Schutz. I find them so sexy, yet still very sophisticated at the same time, creating a great balance overall, don’t you think? #love. xo
