It's finally getting to be cozy-weather season again and that means big scarves, soft knits and best of all, comfy boots! Case in point, these brown leather mid-calf boots by Clarks are perfect for wearing with skinny jeans or paired with a cute dress and tights. I like how this style is loose around my ankle, which I feel is flattering, plus the two-tone leather is super chic and versatile. Photos by: Lydia Hudgens They have tons of cute options available on their site, including ankle, moto and knee boots, so take ... Read the post
Apple Picking, Bike Riding and Football Watching, Oh My!
Growing up, my Mom was constantly slathering me and my Dad with sunscreen. Whether it was when we went hiking, swimming, skiing or camping, she taught me that the affects of the sun can be very damaging when your skin is not properly protected, no matter if it's sunny or overcast outside. Because of her, I've become a huge advocate of sunscreen and the positive affects it has by wearing it on a daily basis. So with that said, my recent partnership with Hawaiian Tropic has made me really excited to share their sunscreen ... Read the post
Over the Weekend
The style lounge! This past Saturday and Sunday, I spent the afternoon at two different malls, Roosevelt Field and The Westchester, and hosted two styling events with bloggers Rach Martino, Ian Crumm and Lake Louis put on by Simon Malls, GQ and Glamour magazine. There were runway shows, style challenges and of course, a fun lounge where shoppers could peruse the latest trends and pieces we love for fall. We were pretty much busy non-stop both days, but managed to capture some photos with what went on, to ... Read the post

The Pointy Black Mule
Happy, happy Wednesday! I hope everyone's week is going well. The weather in New York has been so un-fall-like lately, it's sort of frustrating. But it's just because I am so ready to wear my leather jackets! I am in fact wearing one in these photos, but that's only because the weather allowed it for a few hours, other than that, it's been in the 70s. I know I shouldn't complain, but come on October, it's time for autumn temperatures! Ok, I will stop complaining about the weather now and move on to discussing my outfit. ... Read the post

Over the Weekend: The Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze
Saturday was sort of a rainy, so we were pretty low key. In all honesty, we binged watched episodes of The Blacklist before finally peeling ourselves off the couch to head to Long Island City for a dinner with friends. Sunday was full of football and brunching, but then later on in the evening Casey and I met up with our friends Liz and Zack to go see The Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze! We hopped on the train at Grand Central to Croton-Harmon and it only took us about 45 minutes to get there, which was nice. We had ... Read the post
Marimekko Event: Recap!
Outfit: Top and Pants by Marimekko / Necklace: Bauble Bar x Stripes & Sequins / Shoes: Christian Louboutin Hair by: Kailie Joe / Makeup by: Natasha Vinson During Fashion Week I was asked to host an event at the Marimekko Flagship store on 5th avenue. I was excited to host and be a part of this because my relationship with the brand goes back to my days as a home design editor when I was working in magazines. So this time around, it was fun for me to be involved in the clothing side of things versus only home decor. I ... Read the post
