Happy Snowy Day in New York! Okay, so there are two things I would like to share with you in this post.
1. This is the face that I woke up to every morning in Seattle. If my door wasn’t open, he would sit outside of it and and whine until I opened it. Mind you, it was usually like 7AM. Then he would try and jump on the bed, usually pawing me in the jaw or chest in the process. The other scenario entailed my Dad opening the door (again at 7AM) and Barney would quietly wander in, sniff around to make sure all was well and then sit waiting for me to wake up and pet him. If this didn’t happen within two minutes, the jumping up and pawing would ensue. I miss him so much.
2. Thank you to all of you who watched my video. The winner will be announced on Monday!
***For those of you just joining us, I’ve been selected as one of the top ten finalists to be the PROJECT Global Trade Show Correspondent, which is held bi-annually in New York and Las Vegas. PROJECT is where the best directional designers and most influential retail leaders do business, so it’s all very exciting stuff!
For my entry, I had to create a video that shared a little bit about me and my style, and so, the video with the most views by Friday January 7th, went into the final judging, and will be announced as the ‘Official Correspondent’ for the PROJECT Las Vegas show in collaboration with Stylecaster! If chosen as the official correspondent, I would be interviewing top designers, retailers, buyers, and press, in addition to attending lots of fun parties and special events. Thanks so much for your continual support. Hugs to you all, and wish me luck!
