I recently combined forces with my decor savvy best friend Allison, of Swatchbook to work on a very fun DIY t-shirt project for All You. Our assignment: take ordinary T-shirts and use very simple sewing or non-sewing techniques to create fashionable tops. After a couple weeks of hard work, we came out with 11 transformed shirts and tanks! Click here to see the whole project.

Remix Round-Up: Blue Wool Skirt
After posting my outfit this morning, it dawned on me that I have worn this navy blue wool skirt quite a lot over the past few months, so I decided to do a little round-up post for you all. The story behind this cute, high-waisted skirt, is that my friend Ayn-Monique—who co-writes the awesome design blog, Swatchbook with our friend, Allie—and I did a small swap last spring. I had a necklace that I never wore, that she loved, and in turn she gave me this skirt, which I adore. I can’t tell you how much wear I’ve gotten out of it, including quite a few outfits that I wore a while ago that were never photographed for the blog. Anyway, I’d like to send out a huge thank you to Ayn-Monique for giving me this awesome addition, staple really, to my wardrobe! Now tell me, which outfit, including the one from earlier today, (shown just above this post!) is your favorite ensemble? xoxo
My Outfit: A Walk In The Park
Yesterday was such a lovely day in New York. Fall was upon us once again and I took full advantage of the crisp, sunny weather. I spent most of the day with one of my best friends, Allie from Swatchbook, and her pup Frankie, wandering around Central Park admiring the colors of the changing leaves. What They Wore: The Women of Swatchbook
Last week I attended a fun event for HGTV with my two good friends who run the online site, Swatchbook. I was loving what they wore so much that made them pose for photographs!
