I hope you all had a lovely holiday weekend. I spent mine at a family clam boil and it was so much fun! This was my fourth of July outfit, which is a dress that didn’t fit correctly in the top, so I turned it into a skirt by tucking the top part underneath. I love it when you can transform an item of clothing into something unexpected! Anyway, I wanted to incorporate the traditional red, white and blue, so I opted for a navy blue tank-slip and a crisp white blazer. What did you wear for the 4th?
My Outfit: Afterwork drinks
I just bought this pretty pink dress the other day from Forever 21 for, get this, $14! Can you believe that? I couldn’t resist and am thinking about going back and picking up one in black. (Side note: I tried to find it online, but had no luck, so check a story near you!) It’s the perfect summer dress to throw on because you can dress it up or down and still look put together and cute. I decided to wear it to a fun drink date with my friend Ayn and our PR friend, Noelle, for after work rooftop drinks. Perfect! Happy almost 4th of July!

I’m on Daily Work It!
Last Thursday, I went to a K-Swiss event with my friend LC, and Jenni, who runs the awesome style blog, Daily Work It. I arrived a few minutes before the girls and was able to catch a few shots of Ed Westwick, a.k.a CHUCK BASS (!!!) before he took off. So hot! Also, doesn’t Jenni look cute? Gotta love high waisted floral skirts! Also, loved this girl’s look as well—so pretty. Her bracelets are awesome. Scroll down to see all the fun photos!
My Outfit: Flirty Florals
Where and When: Walking around in Brooklyn with Lex, on a wonderfully sunny day.
I was supposed to head to a BBQ last Saturday but didn’t end up going. My friend Jenni was there and later on I found out that we wore the exact same skirt! Click here to see her photos! Florals really do seem to be the rage right now.

Sneak Peek…Beachy Weekend
Last weekend I headed up to Sag Harbor with some close friends to get away from the city for a bit and relax. Having time to barbecue yummy burgers, wander on the beach, and stroll through the quaint town was just what the doctor ordered. I came back to Manhattan feeling refreshed and inspired. Check back soon to see what I wore!
